Haven’t posted my workouts for a while haha - but I have been working out!
50 wide kettle bell squats (2.5kg)
25 lunges (2 X 1.5kg dumbells) each leg
10 push ups, on knees
25 1.5g shoulder press/reach each arm
25 tricep extension 1.5kg each arm
50 crunches
50 hip thrusts
30 second plank on forearms
50 russian twists with abs engaged (2.5kg)
pilates for core thighs and glutes. Part floor and wall workouts
