slippers and pj’s on a lazy day, paired with some cheesy romcom he found and never remembered buying. as diligent and dutiful a worker he is, bellamy loves a chill out as much as anybody else, and comfort exceeds pride. he can easily binge watch shows ( although they’re typically not the mainstream netflix highlights we all know and love, often showing preference for documentaries on the most surreal of topics ) and does so with little need to pause in between, his focus and attention span commendable. on a good day, another guilty pleasure is napping, but his sleep schedule is so sporadic, ranging from naps to no sleep at all, that it’s never set in stone.

smoking. b is by no means an excessive smoker, and while he always carries a pack and a lighter on him, the amount he actually smokes fluctuates depending on stress, social smoking, idle time, etc. drinking is a similar situation, nowhere near reaching habitual levels, but never shying away from recreational consumption at bars and parties. he also drinks a lot of coffee, which no doubt accounts for some of his lack of sleep, as he drinks it to spur him on through the day more often than not.
other than physical vices, he also has, like anybody, a flawed personality with its own vices to account for. he can be incredibly deceitful for his own benefit, trespassing beyond white lies if it means gaining what he ultimately wants. he also has a way with words, making manipulation another facet of his behaviour that can and will intertwine itself into his actions if he feels the need. on occasion, his temper can also get the better of him, leading to seemingly unprovoked bad moods in which he just needs time alone to let them dissipate.

self-care: awful. he’s so wrapped up in everyone else’s wellbeing half the time that he can forget to eat, drink, sleep, and any other aspect of looking after himself until he’s well and truly fatigued and has no other option but to pass out on the couch. he doesn’t take kindly to the idea of someone else looking after him though, opting for independence, so often finds his reminders through other people, i.e. remembering he needs to eat when he checks if somebody else has eaten.
self-love: awful. he’s the first to nominate himself as scapegoat, taking the fall and accepting blame even in the most surreal of scenarios where it’s not his fault. he’s been given responsibilities bigger than he can carry from an early age, and with each passing year he’s learned to accommodate them to a point where it becomes too much. the self-perception of him being a failure is far higher than it should be, and consequently he strives to achieve in order to counter that.
