The other day I woke up at 6am and the light looked so pretty coming through my window that I had to take a picture of how it made my room look. I posted this picture on my Instagram story and I just love it so much. Something about unmade beds and the silence of the early morning. As well, symbolism for a new day beginning. We get to start all over again, have another chance. In a way it feels like a clean slate, for a second the worries of yesterday and tomorrow don’t matter. You’re one with life and you’re happy. I think these are the moments that matter the most, the ones that you’re with yourself and you find beauty and love in the smallest of things and feel large. I read this quote about hope the other day(I’m constantly quoting things) and it said, “but my darling, there’s no such thing as the light at the end of the tunnel. You must realize you are the light.” And that really struck a chord with me. You create your light. If you are always looking towards the light at the end of the tunnel, you’ll always stare at it and never reach it, and if you do, it’s temporary because you’re making it a tangible thing, not a way of life, it’s easy for it fall through your hands and lose grasp. But ah, if you become light, you are limitless. Sending love and light to all of you. ✨
