The video was of him sitting on a chair facing the wall (as if he were in time-out) and squirming around, then the policeman came over and handcuffed his arms behind his back just above his elbows. You hear the officer say something about behaving or he will, and I quote, “face the consequences.” The head of the police department supports this deputy’s actions, too, which is really fucking appalling. }
