This recipe for air-fried flounder is quick, easy, and full of flavor. When capers and lemon are mixed together, they give the delicate flounder fillets a tasty kick. This dish is great for a weeknight dinner or a special event.
Ingredients: 4 flounder fillets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons capers, drained. 1 lemon, thinly sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: For 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 375F 190C. Put the garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add the olive oil and mix them together. Get a clean surface and brush both sides of the flounder fillets with the olive oil mix. Put a slice of lemon on top of every fillet. Make sure the fillets don't touch each other when you put them in the air fryer basket. Flounder fillets should be air-fried for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how thick they are. Put a fork into the fish to see if it's done; it should flake easily. Carefully take the flounder out of the air fryer basket. Add chopped fresh parsley on top, and serve hot. Have fun with your Flounder in the Air Fryer with Capers and Lemon!
