Blanche was so much like her father, it almost concerned her – and she means it in the most endearing way possible. “Actually,” the dragon spoke up, wondering if not was a good time. “I was talking with Brother earlier, and it reminded me that I had something I had in my room.” Walking over, she presented an old, dusty tome. “I don’t know if you’d want it, but it has a bunch of useful spells.” Blanche was a fighter like herself and Marx, but she wondered if she held the same talents in magic as her father.
{ ༺༒༻ } Magic? She’d attempted it, though she never seemed to have any talent for it. It was frustrating that out of the four of them that only Forrest and Miko can harness that kind of power. ❝Thank you, but...I’ve not much talent for tomes. That’s kind of my older brother’s and little sister’s thing.❞ Still, Blanche eyed the tome critically - however ancient it was she was drawn to it. She wanted to take it in her hands and read it - as best she could. The blonde doubted she’d get very far with her lack of magical ability, but the book still astounded her.
The older man grit his teeth before letting his breath out. He did not have time to get so riled up by a child. “You probably don’t remember me because you were three the last time we met. My name is Fafnir, and if I wanted to seek out your siblings I would have. You and I share in that we don’t live in the noble’s world. It’s exactly why I came to see you over the others.”
