Dug out my flow staff and spent a bit of time this morning spinning in the backyard.
I forgot how therapeutic it was to just focus on the weight of the movement.
Hi, I'm back with more staff stuff! Maybe one day I'll make more photo content (I want to make a new costume and get the camera out so bad), but my time is limited so for now I'm just sharing some of the stuff I take while focusing on my practice. I'm excited to do more short choreography, really get a feel for how to incorporate my tricks into a full piece

This here is my dragon mate, the “Tron Dragon” that I love so much. His costume with the Electro Luminescent lights and dragon mask went over REALLY well and a lot of pictures were taken, including my own. Enjoy ^v^
