Flower Halos

Ellie leaned against the box an exasperated sigh slipped form between her lips she supposed it just wasn’t meant to be. The angel of thwarting tried her very hardest to fit in up here, to bring smiles to the pained faces of those around her it was often hard to have constant inklings of what others were feeling. It often let on that you disgusted people at least in her case it did, but, she didn't need to be an empath to know that some people outright said it.
Dirty demon sympathizer.
That was a favorite it wasn't’ as though she blamed them, Ellie did not have it in her heart to hate or blame anyone. They had rights to be upset it was her job to take a healthy vengeance on the fallen who had so hurt her fellow angels in heaven and she refused. But, what many were blind to up here was the fallen suffered as well they’d never listen to Ellie though....for goodness sake many didn’t even trust her enough to accept a flower halo.
That’s what was in the crate for convenient reference, an entire crate of flowers halos she’d made down below and brought up to give to her fellow angels. A halo for a smile was the sign on the box but most today had walked past quickly or sneered it was too bad really. She’d only wanted them to smile because sometimes if you smiled it made you happy even if you forced yourself too. She sighed, she’d just take them back down and wash them down the river it would be fun to watch.
“Another time I suppose.” Ellie brightened by sheer force of will alone she couldn’t help anyone sitting around feeling sorry for herself now could she.
