I am definitely getting the hang of drawing him better (this was a quick one drawn in clip) I tend to overdo it when im trying to draw humans but that doesnt really suit him so i tried to simplify it alot more and i was pretty happy with the result

My idea is that reader and Flower would've been fierce enemies in Season 1 and maybe BFB Pre-Split, similarly to Firey and Coiny's rivalry but from a much more competitive aspect, only for the two of them to stumble upon each other again sometime after BFB ends (assuming reader leaves to battle in TPOT), and Flower's had her arc in Post-Split (maybe reader's had one too), and the two of them decide to finally bury the hatchet and their dynamic changes for the better? Whether it's a fic or headcanons is up to you, I wouldn't mind either! Sorry if this is too specific I was just bored and brainstorming”

BFB!Flower x Rival!Reader
So, I’m going to say that your rivalry with her was very competitive.
At first, she would HATE you, and you’d mostly tease her.
It was a fun rivalry for you, her face when being teased was just priceless.
After season one, you two grew distant.
You never really saw her again after you left BFB for TPOT.
After BFB ended, she began staying at Two’s hotel, that’s when you two re-met.
When she had laid eyes on you, she froze entirely.
In fact, she almost booked it out of there, so you’re going to have to grab her hand or something to make sure she doesn’t run away.
After she realized that she was trapped, she would turn to face you, yet still avoid eye contact.
“…Heyyyy…”
You’d have no idea why she was so awkward, usually she’d be quick witted and snap back at you.
You’re gonna have to start the conversation, and that’d turn into you talking about your respective times on your shows.
Flower’s demeanor changed entirely from when you last saw her. She used to be so…rude. You wonder what changed.
She tells you something along the lines of:
“I wanted to change… I mean, it was just so lonely being mean to people.”
“So, are we still rivals?”
“…I think…that I’d like “friends” more…”
That’s how you guys begin rekindling an old friendship.
If you happened to have your own change arc in TPOT, I’m guessing you’d be a lot more considerate with your teasing, learning that for people who weren’t as harsh as Flower couldn’t exactly take the insults.
You still tend to tease her a little bit, but it didn’t cut deep, more like light jabs.
Instead of her yelling at you like she used to, she seems to just respond with “Hey!” Or get flustered.
After a while of getting to know you, she starts getting this subtle fluttering in her chest.
There were still a lot of people that hated Flower for her past, but for some reason, even though she was the worst to you, you still treated her well.
A part of her couldn’t help but swoon.
Gelatin definitely noticed how stuttery and awkward she is around you.
Flower is NEVER going to make the first move.
Gelatin’s back is gonna hurt from how hard he’s carrying this relationship.
After a very VERY long time, she gets the courage to set up a picnic of sorts, and confesses how she feels.
And you bet that she’s going to be stuttering every other word and talking almost unintelligibly fast, but you’ve known her long enough to understand what she’s saying.
She’s in absolute disbelief after you say yes. Oh, and her face is RED. Like, Blocky-red. Her heart rate has spiked so high that she’s practically trembling.
She grabs you by the shoulders and says something similar to:
“Are you sure?! Y-you really feel that way?! Not joking?!”
Once you reassure her, a sweet grin spreads across her face and she starts tearing up.
You wipe the tears from her eyes, and she cups your cheeks with her hands.
“…I love you… I love you so much…”
You take this opportunity to kiss her.
Afterwards, she is giddy with endorphins.
She wraps you in a warm hug and doesn’t let go for a very long time.
As your relationship with her progresses, she gets more comfortable and confident.
She’s much bolder with her actions.
Her favorite thing is to cuddle with you under a blanket alone.
She’s grown so much because of you. Even in your long absence, she has always cared about you. It feels like a miracle that she had to opportunity to meet you again.
