2019 Sketchbook, Week #4.
New things this week: Decided to bite the bullet and get proper art/inking pens, as well as no-photo blue lead. The markers... did not arrive in time for this week. But the blue lead did, and was used for the last two pictures.
I also did some planning sketches for the Month of Love thing, but I’ll post those after I post the finished pieces... or after I give up on them. Whichever comes first.
28 January - Arcath (lizardman warlock), Tiny (firbolg ranger), and Tiny’s Tree Form. Yep. He goes from just over 8 feet tall to just over 16 feet tall. His sword is 12 feet long. I... tried not to think about how he was carting that sword around before he got the magic scabbard. DnD characters.
29 January - Tiny. Planning for making a new token for our Roll20 game. Seen here is Tiny’s hat, a ridiculous thing he bought in an attempt to make him look less intimidating. The fact that it’s so silly is also why I don’t like drawing it. DnD
30 January - Jane (changeling bard) casting shatter. In her head, she was posed all cool-like and poised. In actuality, she was covered in spider-webs and screaming “get it off!”. DnD character.
3 February - Some flowers. I’m... not good at drawing flowers.
3 February - Aradis and Sebastian. My OCs from an unwritten space opera story in my head. I’m... not good at drawing hands.
