The Flower Tile design - handbag 💚💙 Fully lined with a sturdy blue cotton fabric. The flower motif design is from a Japanese @applemints_ pattern book: Asahi Original - Select Collection. (We changed the handle style) Yarns used are my "I-not-fussy" woolmix yarns in Matcha green and Egyptian blue. This is the first crochet bag made by my mother since her retirement in June. Keeping herself crafting, sort-of helping my business, and I get to spend more time with her. 💕 She wanted me to teach her how to work dual coloured crochet, or what she calls fair isle; she never learnt how to when she used to knit. About my handle name.

Regarding the origin of my handle name,

”TAKAI" equals "high", "TANA" equals "shelf"

In other words, “TAKAITANA” means “the highest shelf.”

Since I'm a storage box craftsman, I thought a handle name related to furniture would be fitting, and it embodies my wish to stock various ideas on shelves and create unique artwork.
