Alvin was in for it now. He wouldn't expect this at all! Leia picked a spot that wasn't out in the open, right near the poor guy's front door essentially. Green eyes glinted, she grinned and then suddenly went leaping upon the unsuspecting merchant. Couple that flying hug with an excitable kiss.

Alvin had only a moment for a blindsided “Wha--” before he had an armful of happy reporter and an unexpected lip-lock.“Good afternoon to you too,” he wheezed, though the grin on his face said more. “What’s the occasion?”

Approaches with a broad smile and holding up a box from a nearby bakery. "Alviiiiin~!"

“Hey, you’re alive! I was beginning to think your boss had built a dungeon under your chair. Where’ve you been?”

"No way, Gaius!" She took off sprinting across that expanse, weaving between people, and then suddenly hopped on the taller man's back hugging onto him like a small bear. "I'm so happy to see you!"

If this wasn't Leia, he would've probably launched the person across the city. But because it was Leia, he just let it happen. He closed his eyes as she clung to him, with the eyes of the people around them due to her exclamation and action. Crimson hues slanted back to look at her. "Good day, Leia. I'm happy to see you too and to know you are well and unharmed. Can I ask why you jumped on me like a eggbear?"

“Ms. Rolando, could I have a moment?” Julius approached the reporter, polite smile at the ready, “With the terrorism allegations, I cannot follow my brother’s conduct closely. So, as a reporter who does hang out with him, what would you rate my brother’s behavior? Has he been good on his own?” If no, he’d hunt down the corrupter and they wouldn’t like what happens--

What? Is she suddenly flying towards him at mach speed getting ready to attack with the most affectionate of hugs and kisses? Yes. "ALVIN!"

Alvin had just enough warning to brace himself to catch one flying Rieze Maxian reporter, hug her tightly, press a kiss to her forehead, and then deposit her gently back on her feet.

"Heya, Sunshine, long time no see," he chuckled. "We should catch up. Maybe over dinner."

"GAIUS!" Leia hopped over towards the man waving her arms wildly in greeting.

“Leia, please, show some decorum,” he announces, looking at the girl. “It is good to see you as well.”

Leia chuckled some and shifted on her feet. "Yeah, still working at the same ol' grind. Luckily my boss doesn't look at me like I'm some dumb little novice anymore!"

Which was becoming really problematic but, in the end all of her persistence paid off in nice dividends.

“You must have been really working hard for that recognition. I’m still treated as a little fish, even though I’m up with the sharks now.” The old dogs at Lezareno were not ready for Isaac to be the big boss any time soon.
