Can you see what it is yet ?! Did you ever press flowers when you were a kid - or older - saving precious flowers .. long after the summer was over ?... . I used to press mine in a little flower press and between the pages of heavy books .. keeping them to make things with .. cards .. pictures .. keepsakes. . . So I thought it’s time to bring flower presses back .. so you can save special flowers forever - put them into frames .. save your memories / add them to oil to infuse .. add them to baths .. lots of things you could do .. instead of just chucking them in the bin when done ( or in my case in the compost ! Lol ) . . I think this is a lovely craft for children .. they can make presents from them .. sticking them to cards - wooden boxes - paint glue over them to last. . . I glued dried pansies to a card and I had it years later - the flowers came from my great nans garden .. it was a wonderful token of a summer of when my lovely great nanny was still with us. . .
