Paleo January
So a few of you want to give the paleo diet a try with me during January so that we all have a support group to share ideas and keep each other accountable. I found a few resources that were helpful to me:

i’ve done it before and i am starting the transition again on the first! i would be in for a support group. :)
Awesome!! I won't be back at school until the fourth, so that is when I would be starting, but I think a support group would be awesome!
