Title: Get into flow * I was running 🏃 home from work today and I began to struggle. So I began to resist the suffering by grinding the teeth pushing forward and grunting as I went along. I then recall being taught to suffer in silence. * Grunting signals the mind to a state of anxiety. The more I slugged through it and grunted through it the more tense I became. The harder it felt. * Using a method presented to me by Jeff Grant the author of flow state running. I did a reset. Shook it out and began to breath more shallow and deeper. I scanned and relaxed my entire body as I was running. Released all tension. * Once relaxed I then pushed harder, while remaining in a relaxed state.
