So... often in canon-compliant fic, Peter will think that he’s “cursed” regarding his inability to keep his father figures alive.....

So imagine an AU where he is in fact, actually cursed. Like, by magic. Someone curses him as a child to lose his father figures (perhaps out of animosity to Richard, or just because they’re a dick). Like some fairy tale crap. AU where that’s a thing.

Enter his relationship with Tony- and you know how we usually portray Tony as the one trying to keep the kid at arm’s length and avoid attachment? In this version, Peter would be the one who, once he starts to realize what Tony means to him, becomes hesitant and flighty about getting close. Which just makes Tony want to help him even MORE because Dad. Peter worries/feels embarrassed about telling Mr Stark about his curse because it implies that that’s how he sees him and it means Tony might leave him, and he really is loving having him as a mentor... 

Someone write it and tell me what happens next!!! Can they break Peter’s curse? Will something happen to Tony?

Peter gets deaged (2 year old) because of a magic incident Pepper and Tony take care of him cue cute and fluffy irondad moments Peter calling him Dad. Pepper thinks Tony and Peter are adorable. But after the other Avengers find out they for some reason say Tony can't take care of a baby (saying his irresponsible and unfit) Tony tries to distance himself from Peter after this and Peter is not having it. He latches on to Tony if somebody tried to take him. After he turns back Peter is mad at The Avengers more specifically at Steve and gives them an entire speech on why Tony is the best Dad ever. They cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie. Peter still calls Tony Dad because why not.

...what if... Peter is de-aged by HYDRA, after he’s taken- not because they know he’s spider-man, not because of his relationship with Tony, but just because they’d like to have their own pet genius and since Peter resists so much as a teen they decide they’ve got to clean the slate by de-aging him and raising him (and his genius) to do their bidding

((which they don’t get the chance to do because Tony gets little Peter back))

a more light hearted fic where when they start hanging out in the lab Tony kinda tosses things to Peter and eventually realizes he can catch it w/out looking so he starts playing a game to see what’s the most wack/high stakes thing he can catch on the fly EXCEPT TWIST eventually Peter starts relaxing around tony and his spidey sense stops going off so he just gets whammied one day with like a bag of flour that just Explodes or smthing along those lines

YEEEEEEES this is good material fam!! 

On a related note, I think it’d be really funny if after this they started a similar kind of game for weird things Peter can stick to-- Like that comic where he sticks to the Hulk? But all sorts of things and surfaces.

It helps Peter feel like his powers are normal and accepted :’)

Chocolate Breath

Kylo returns to his quarters after a particularly unhappy day, only to discover a bundle of roses and a box of chocolates waiting for him. 

Appreciative of the gift, but unknowing of who has given, he removes his mask and, only after triple-checking for unwanted passerbies, indulges himself. 

Unfortunately, Hux has a way of slinking about in the shadows that Kylo has not let yearned how to bat away. Hux sneaks up behind Ren and nearly scares the chocolate out of him, only to discover that the box of chocolates is empty.

“You know,” Hux muses, “I partly only bought the chocolates for you so that I could taste a few of my own... but apparently, you scarfed them down faster than I could get here.”

Kylo, embarrassed, turns a lighter shade of pink than the flowers. “You bought them for me?”

“Of course I did. I love you. Who else could it have been?”

“It’s a mutual feeling.”

There is a moment of silence before Hux shifts his gaze back to the unhelmeted Ren. “Come to think of it, there is a way for me to taste those chocolates...”

That’s when he takes Kylo Ren by the back of the neck.
