3. "I could just use a hug."

MC's day was not going great. It started off rocky when they were late to breakfast and Beel at their food.

Then in their first class, they were supposed to be working on a group project, but all her partners put it on them and didn't even help!

At least MC got a lunch, that was until some demon knocked it out of their hand.

After lunch, they were carrying their books and tripped in the hallways only to have all their books land in a puddle of water ruining them.

The day finished off with them losing their shoe on the walk home. They have no idea where it went. It just disappeared at some point on the walk.

As MC trudges into the house, they see Belphie sleeping on the couch. He wakes up and watches the mess that is MC walk into the kitchen for a snack.

"I didn't know trash could walk." He snickered to himself as MC turned and glared at him.

"I don't need your sass. I had a bad day. I could just use a hug."

Their little pout tugged at Belphie's heart and he caved. He got up from his comfy spot on the couch and wrapped his arms around them. Letting them rest their head on his shoulder as he pets their head.

"You get a free hug just this once... because you look so awful."

Belphie chuckles as MC's fist meets with his side.

...Pastel softly smiled, as BB finished cooking. They had decided to try a new dish today, just for them and Pastel. If it was good, they would make it again with Master, too, but for now…

They finished setting the dishes, and watched as they pulled a tray out of the oven, their little fluffy cooking gloves especially tailored to them. They smile, tilting their head adorably, as they set the food on a prettier bowl.

It was only after hearing about their history, too, that Pastel realized the absolute respect and care BB always had with food. How they took the most care to waste nothing, how it was always treated patiently and with love. And that added to the flavor, always.

BB put the food between them, watching expectantly while Pastel took a bite.

“...Delicious, BB”

BB smiled at them, getting their portion too. Before starting to eat… Pastel just reached a hand. BB held it.

A couple of sweethearts in their golden days, just in time for Valentines Day!~ <3

Fredonnie is one of my greatest weaknesses. A big, lumbering soft boi with his spunky lil partner just makes me so happy! Lots of snuggles and possibly being carried around included! :”D

It seems that it’s becoming my thing now. Oops! xD

Anyway rushed this a wee bit just to get it done. Had other events taking up my time so it had to be done. :”D Ah well! They’re still precious and will always have a special place in my heart!~

Happy Valentines Day everyone! Hope you all had a great day, whether that was with your significant other or just giving yourself some TLC.

"Keep it secret," the other man whispers, so quietly that he has to lean in to hear him – then Merlin suddenly reaches up and grabs the Prince's wrists, and his eyes are burning bright and uncontrolled. Then there's an immense searing pain in his lower arms as something thunders between them, exiting Merlin and flowing to him, and he's quite sure he can feel sparks between their skin but maybe he's imagining it. The bright light fades from Merlin's eyes and he releases the Prince, eyes closing and pulse slowing and breathing lessening.

"No," Arthur murmurs, his hands still gripping Merlin's face a little too tightly. "No."

"It's OK, really," the warlock replies. "I've been ready to die for you before."

"No. I won't let you die for me," he growls in return, moving to grip his manservant's hand with one of his, and he can feel an incredible warmth thrumming through him now, one that he's never experienced before. Merlin smiles, a little sadly, and his whole body relaxes.

In which Arthur uses Merlin’s magic to save its owner. Afterwards, things happen. A lot of things.

And so, as the siege of Orgrimmar was about to truly begin, the Banshee Queen was cracking a joke at the Lord Regent of Silvermoon. As if no time had passed. As if they were rangers together again. As if her heart still beat beneath her breast. She remembered her fellow Horde leaders making small speeches to encourage the heroes around them, but only one voice stood out from all of them. Sylvanas had already readied her bow, an arrow from her quiver poised and ready to be raised and fired. She had always loved the rush of battle, and the waiting game before each one was always horrendous. She was itchy with anticipation, her anger and frustration peeking through in her tight muscles and narrowed gaze. But then she heard Lor’Themar’s voice, and she was back in Silvermoon, training and laughing together. Her ears all but twitched in his direction as she zeroed in on his words of encouragement to those around them. And with that, her stance relaxed. She turned her head to his direction, her mouth quirked up in a smile.

“If you were to fall in battle,” she called to him, “- I could bring you back. You would make an attractive corpse.” The Banshee Queen could feel herself smiling lightly at her old friend and previous second-in-command. Lor’Themar was gazing at her with his one eye alight with humor -she knew if they had been standing closer together, he’d lean in to whisper ‘dont make me laugh on a battlefield, this is serious’ in her ear as he would attempt to contain his laughter (badly)- and his lips twitched the slightest bit to keep from smiling. She could almost see a light blush of embarrassment on his neck.
