Well..my laptop that I was using to do commissions just killed itself. I wish I was joking, but frankly it refuses to turn on and just shut itself off without warning.

Which is even more irritating because I had JUST finally got it properly fixed a few days prior and was enjoying being able to draw properly again.

Well, a friend of mine just tried asking me out.

Part of me is hella surprised but I had suspicions.

I just hope it doesn’t get awkward now.

Lately I feel like I’m lacking something.

I have no idea what.

I really respect fan artists that can draw a character and not rely on the usual outfit the character wears and still be able to easily identify which character it is.

Equally so if they’re able to change details (how the hair is normally drawn, non ‘copycat’ styles, and the like) while it’s visibly striking and appealing to the viewer.

Something I’ve sort of realized over the past year

is that I basically don’t give any fucks anymore to like

the fact I enjoy weird animes or whatever?

like those ones that as a high schooler you DARE NOT SAY you like them because they didn’t really fit?

and what really made me realize is was like

and the fact I actually (overall) enjoyed rereading Inuyasha, and it’s like

instead of awkwardly being like, “Eh..I used to like that” to not really confess that you ever did and social standing

I’m like

“Fuck it I’ll watch that shit again I don’t care.” and I dunno if it’s because I’ll be a year older in less than a month, or if it’s like, I’m sort of growing for myself? but.

Occasionally I’ll see a gifset, or a gif (that was edited/altered)

and be like

“..I have a suspicion that was my gif originally..”

but I don’t have proof and it could be straight up paranoia

shit.
