Father and Son Headcanon: Sesshoumaru.
- Inupapa cradling his newborn son Sesshoumaru for the first time, marveling in fear and awe over the little life he helped create.
- Holding both little hands, he gently guides his growing pup through his first steps on two feet.
- Sesshoumaru decides that the safest place to be during a thunderstorm, is buried under his fathers furs.
- Honing his warriors skill, Sesshoumaru takes to hiding behind doors, pouncing his father when he walks by!
- On his first great outing with father, Sesshoumaru discovers the difference between toads and Kappa! Before he’s fished out of a pond.
- Sesshoumaru looks on worriedly, seeing his father wounded for the first time as he leads him to safety.
- The hardest part of training, … is the ground. The rigorous sword routines father’s given him are tough as well.
- There is a fire within his son that sows the seeds of worry for Inupapa. Sesshoumaru is showing such a deep desire for power and he is not too sure if that is a good thing.
- Lessons on life and death come with conflict. Sesshoumaru has his own view of all that are below him and nothing his father says can change his mind.
- Inupapa sits alone on the grass, staring at his bloodied and bruised knuckles while his similarly bloodied and bruised teenage son stubbornly limps away.
- The hardest part of training, is seeing the cold determination in Sesshoumaru’s eyes. Every clash of their wooden swords drives in the fear that he is losing his son.
- Fully aware of his sons desire for power, he watches on with an aching heart as Sesshoumaru sets off on his journey to grow stronger. Without him.
