it's been. quite some time since they permanently* added an ego to the extractable pool. last one was indicant's trial over a year ago as a s5 ego. and the last standard fare ego was asymmetrical inertia, also in s5.

there's been ego added since that're temporarily extractable, sure. but nothing permanent. just various forms of event ego (regular event, walpurgis, limited/collab)
