Will Angel's Grace save you from losing the game effects from cards like Chance for Glory?
Yes.Angel's Grace will stop you from losing the game for any reason this turn short of you conceding to your opponent. This works well for "lose the game" triggers like those on Pacts or Chance for Glory.

I love Jaya’s creature card from Time Spiral. It’s a really great card that doesn’t get enough love. I’ve played her more than a few times in Legacy. It was so amazing to see her get a card in Time Spiral after so many years of amazing flavor text attributed to her.
Also, in case anyone didn’t know, her abilities are (half of) Red Elemental Blast, Incinerate, and Inferno.

My personal gripes with the set are that I would have liked to see more killbots and more references to stuff from normal magic. While I love the flavor of the new un-world, I miss the self-referential humor of the old unsets.
Going off of the hand size question, just for further clarification. You control a permanent or effected by Praetor's Council to have no max hand size, then someone plays Jin-Gitaxias. Is your hand size now "no max hand size minus 7" or "0"?
You still have no maximum hand size. Something that doesn’t exist can’t be reduced.
If you have Leyline of Anticipation, Hypersonic Dragon, activated Alchemist's Refuge and/or such, are you allowed to use abilities that say "only as a sorcery" and/or "any time you could cast a sorcery" at instant speed?
No.
“Any time you could cast a sorcery” just means during your main phase when the stack is empty. It’s shorthand for that, not something that changes if your ability to cast sorceries at certain times changes.
So to clarify, animating a noncreature permanent is not a copiable trait? Say using Infinite Reflections or Mirrorweave on an Awakened land, the other creatures will turn into that land's printed characteristics?
Yes. This is all correct, assuming that land hasn’t become a copy of something else.

They cost 0 to cast, yes.
If I awaken a land with an Awaken spell or Noyan Dar, and I rites kick it (rite of replication), do the tokens enter as 0/0 land creatures or just land tokens?
You get unanimated land tokens.
