    It’s in his DNA. It’s a treat picked up from his father and Jace absolutely hates himself for it. His anger just bubbles up at the oddest of times and at that moment rationalizing seemed entirely impossible. His day has been tiring, with many complaints of costumers that they had to wait too long ( the effect of a broken oven ) and he’s had enough. He tried to relax before meeting up with Suki, he truly did! But sometimes things don’t seem to go that way, so when Suki asks for the nth time what was wrong, the boy snaps. “Nothing! Jesus fucking Christ Suki, I told you not to keep pushing. Do you ever fucking listen?” His frown is prominent, words harsh as he watches her. “All you do is keep on pushing and I’m getting sick and tired of it.”

jaejoon breathes an impatient sigh, muffled by the black mask covering the lower part of his face. he’s looking forward to going home and ordering take out after finally finishing his ‘business’ - a process which had not gone quite as smoothly as he’d hoped. he’s hastily elbowing his way through the crowd; rowdy and obnoxious as they anticipate the next fight. jaejoon hates places like this, always has. despite what many would assume, violence for entertainment purposes really isn’t his thing. he’s almost reached the stairs leading to the exit when a flash of dark hair catches his eye, causing him to turn his head and see the absolute last person he would ever expect to see at a fucking underground fight club. his eyes widen, pushing his way through the crowd with newfound purpose. “jisu? jeon jisu?” he says in disbelief, pulling the mask from his face and letting it settle under his chin. “what the hell are you doing here?”

    Initially, Tiffany had been surprised by the text message the male had sent her. Though of course, she had been eager to fulfil his wishes and show up at his doorstep. But this all had their own downsides -- what if she was spotted by a fan? Or worse, paparazzi. They were both quite aware of the fame that Ace had gathered and they couldn’t risk any rumours about any type of scandal. So, she had chosen for a hat and a hoodie to approach the place, now already long shed as Tiffany was currently lounging on his couch, drink in hand as she watched him with curiosity. “I told you that you were gonna like me,” she teases, the corners of her mouth curved up before she takes another drink.

    ‘’maybe you shouldn’t be so curious after all.’’ raphael told the other with a stern face. he was not angry nor annoyed. he was rather worried. ‘’don’t put your nose into someone else’s business for once.’’ he continued with a sigh this time. ‘’you should stay away when i tell you to stay away. is that so hard to understand or what?’’

it’s taken taebyul a long time to get jaekyung to bed tonight. he’s been with his mother all day, which is enough to put taebyul in a bad mood. jaekyung always comes back from his mother’s angry, likely because she really doesn’t give a damn. shared custody is literally killing taebyul. he’s exhausted, and he’s so angry he wants to throw things. 

and now that he’s in his own room, with jaekyung in bed, he wants to. but instead, he takes a deep breath, forcing himself to be calm. he can’t let his irritation get the better of him. and so he crosses his room to open the window, taking in a breath of fresh air. it helps - but nothing really helps quite like what he’s seeing outside his window. 

his best friend’s sister happens to have an apartment fairly close to his, and when she’s got her curtains open, he can see inside at all times. he tries not to peek, of course - he never wants to invade her privacy. but right now, she’s dancing around her room, a bright grin on her face - in nothing but a shirt and underwear. taebyul can feel his ears growing warm. 

he feels like this is something that he’s not supposed to be seeing. but, he decides to mess with her. ‘hey, suki! if you’re gonna give the whole apartment complex a show, you should probably be chargin’ for it!’ he yells out his window, a grin playing at his lips.

ace never knew how difficult it was to live with someone who is-- well, technically speaking, your ex. this seemed to be something out of a tv show scenario and at times, it felt like that. of course, the two of them hadn’t been financially stable enough to move out and live separately so they had settled for living together for now, but as friends. let me tell you, that was hard. ace had to stop himself from falling into their old routine as a couple each day and instead, was trying to move on. so there he went, going to mixers with his friends and meeting a few new people to try and get his mind off of nayoung. which brought this back to present time, as ace walked through his apartment door arm in arm with another woman. ace and her have gotten along quite nicely actually, much to his surprise and decided on bringing her home with him. he wasn’t much into one night stands but he was starting to realize that he had to get used to them. all of his friends had advised him that the best way to get over someone was hook ups, hook ups and more hook ups. so, that’s what he planned to do. 

the blonde woman stepped into his apartment with a look of curiosity as ace slipped his shoes off by the door, in which she followed the action shortly after to be polite. “welcome to mi casa.” ace smiled at the woman, winking and interlacing their fingers again. stepping into his living room was the worst possible thing he could do as nayoung was there and ace nearly jumped a foot in the air at seeing her. yikes. “h-hey nayoung! i didn’t know you were still awake...” he looked between his ex and the new woman, feeling as though he needed to introduce them. “this is rose. rose meet nayoung, my roommate.”

  jimin pulls out the miniature bottle of hand sanitizer from her bag & quickly cleanses her hands of the pencil & eraser shavings from the class. as usual, she was the first one finished with her exam; one she had managed to stay up past five in the morning to study for & was still running on two cups of coffee, a monster, & the adrenaline of acquiring knowledge last minute. with a deep breath she stood across from the door unsure of whether it was the sleep deprivation or her body reacting to the excessive amount of caffeine within her veins but the moment he ( the only boy she had ever allowed herself to admit she liked ) came out of the room she took a few steps to approach him first. ❝ how do you think you did? ❞ she asked in a sweet tone, the weight of what she had just decided to do slowly blooming butterflies in the pit of her stomach.
