I read that Kevin would return from am alternate world and that other characters might do the same. Do you think that's how Cas will come back? Either a Cas that was in a canon relationship with a Dean that died(they would never, but I dream) or a Cas that never got involved in the Winchesters and maybe is still very much like early season 4. (That way the writers can have Cas back as fanservice but ignore the deep connection he has with Dean)

This is exactly what I’m afraid of too, because it would make a lot of sense based on what we’ve heard, like that he’s more like season 4 Cas when he comes back. But it would mean intentional deception on other things, like Misha saying that when Cas meets Lucifer, he’s like, “Oh hey, I don’t like you, you just killed me.” And that they make a deal about Jack. Both of those things make it sound like it is, indeed, OUR Cas. But maybe it’s our Cas from a different parallel world that is more similar to ours? Wouldn’t that take more set up than we’ve seen so far?

*sigh* I don’t know. I wouldn’t rule out the possibility that it is alt-world Cas, and I don’t like it. I also don’t like him making a deal with Lucifer. Again. (I don’t think anyone was happy about that bit of news?)

I’m just going to hope it’s all done in a way that doesn’t leave us Cas fans all pulling our hair out.

When I heard about George Michael I actually cussed out (very) loudly, but when I heard about Carrie Fisher I just, I don't feel anything anymore. It's just too damn absurd, like a big fucking joke. The worst part is, we blame 2016, but what happens when we get to 2017 and people we love keep dying and Trump destroys the world and it all still sucks?

Yes I know what you mean. I have the same fears for 2017. I think all we can do is hope that the next year will be better. I think that’s why it has been easy blaming everything on 2016. So that there’s hope the next year can be better. Of course we don’t know what will happen. All I know is that if we all stick together and are there for each other we can survive anything life throws in our way. Together. Don’t forget you’re not alone.
