Port Macquarie was a really nice but quick stop.  Bike riding to the Koala Hospital then Flynns Beach where I took a short swim into the Pacific Ocean. And we're off to Coffs Harbour!

Headed down to Flynns Beach this morning for an early surf….was greeted with a pretty sweet sunrise. I love this time of the year - warm water, early sunrise and great climate.
