I don't meat or dairy for protein or anything else. I'm not even my goal weight yet. @Regrann from @th3melan8dgawd - PLEASE READ THE CAPTION _____________________________________ My Vegan bodybuilding journey has definitely been a roller coaster ride. _________________________________________ In January 2014 I weighed 204 lbs at my heaviest & wasn't exercising or eating clean. I noticed my tremendous lack of energy, heart palpitations, and overall unhealthiness. __________________________________________ Fast forward 10 months in 2014 I became a dietary Vegan (I still wear some leather) & dropped down to 185 lbs (My ideal weight) but I still wasn't exercising to my level of satisfaction. _________________________________________ In February 2015 I elevated my workout grind & dropped all the way down to 152 lbs at my lightest (My weight as a High School Junior). As of this year I'm hard at work of getting back to my ideal weight 185 lbs if not 190 lbs (My current weight is 165 lbs). _______________________________________ I say all that to say this, you don't know the fitness journey of someone unless they tell you. I don't agree with weight shaming. I have endured several comments of "You're getting too small" or "Do you eat". It's best to STFU if you don't know or understand the fitness journey of someone. ________________________________________ It's politically incorrect to insult someone for being overweight but I notice & have even experienced heavier people thinking it's okay to insult smaller people who in fact may be trying to gain weight. _________________________________________ I've been there & with the picture I posted it shows that it isn't easy but it is attainable.
