           there was a certain arcade game that duri has really loved since he was a child. every time he had gone to an arcade, it was the game that the would play for the longest time, no matter if he was good at it or not. there was just something completely enjoyable about it and trying to follow along to hit the right arrows was like some kind of thrill. then again, duri was the type to get excited about the simplest things. which was why he was excited when he heard there would be an arcade room and a dance dance revolution machine at gold star’s halloween party. so, with that in mind after hearing about it at some time during the party, he was off to the arcade room. 

he had finally got there, stepping on top of the dance dance revolution machine. he began scrolling through the list of songs, reading them, “ah, do they have any perfume songs?” he says to himself, trying to find one; he was really feeling it. he was mainly hoping for spending all my time by perfume to make an appearance on there. he goes to press play, but he catches a friend out of the corner of his eye in the room, looking upon them with a soft smile. “kiyoung! come play dance dance revolution with me!” he shouted out to him as he waved towards him. playing games was always a lot of fun with kei.

teddy practically jumped out of car, saying a quick ‘thank you’ the the uber driver. it wasn’t often that the idol got to go out like this, even when he wasn’t on tour his crammed schedule left him with very little free time. he was excited to spend the night out of a studio or the dorm. he wasn’t exactly sure what kei had in mind but he got by the park like he was told. knowing han river was a highly touristy spot teddy chose to dress himself in a oversized black hoodie, snapback and a face mask in hopes to hide his identity some. the park was surpassingly clear of people for a friday afternoon, and for that exact reason teddy ran up to kei in the most flamboyant way he could muster. “oh my god! oh my god, is that the kei?” he fanned himself and pulled out his phone, “can i have a photo please? i’m your biggest fan.”

JAEKYUNG’S REALLY NOT USED to having to get places in a hurry— alright, that’s a lie. for the first seven or so years of his career he had to rush around like a chicken with its head cut off, but recently, he’s been given the leeway to meander happily through his life from one schedule to the next without being worried about anything too problematic. but today’s different, apparently, because it’s about as hectic as his schedule’s been since their last comeback. one of his group members had forgotten something at his house, and he knew he wouldn’t be seeing that member for a while— jaekyung had found the item in question whilst cleaning the house that morning and had swiftly rushed to go catch his friend to deliver the item in question.

but luck is rarely on jaekyung’s side. hoping he’d find his groupmate at the bc entertainment building was a bust, and so he’s rushing now to get to a taxi before his groupmate is gone. in his haste, jaekyung rounds the corner, and collides right into a body. the coffee that had been in jaekyung’s opposite hand spills all over the person, and jaekyung practically chokes.

he doesn’t particularly care that the other person is a junior. he backs up and bows profusely, all thoughts of his groupmate forgotten.

“i’m so, so sorry! i didn’t mean to do that, can i help you clean up?”
