A face care routine was very important to maintain the baby smooth skin of Hazel’s baby face. Her parents had always encouraged her looking her very best at all times, especially as she began to break out as a teenager. Her family bought her some ₩50,000 face scrub which she still uses daily. She considers it her saving grace. Hazel stood in front of the mirror with towel in her hair and a bare face. She turned on the tap and rubbed the scrub into her cheeks before rinsing off with water. As she went to turn off the tap she was met with resistance. It was stuck. This wouldn’t be so bad if the bathroom drain hadn’t been acting up recently. It had been draining very slowly the past week, taking twenty minutes to be totally gone after a hand washing. Hazel took a step back, realizing the water was already creeping its way to the rim of the sink.
“Ah! Uhhhhhhh. Misun?” Hazel called out to the only other girl at home right now. “Minsun please come here right now! There’s a problem!”
