Fallout Prime - Lucy makes a startling discovery
Manga redraw - Original under the cut
I have seen only a few seconds of Paladin Harkness and I already love him.
That's it. That's the post.
I wanna talk about House, can we talk about House? Don't normally make these text posts but I'm chomping and biting after watching the first ep of Fallout seasons 2. Trying to be normal about this show now that it's gone into New Vegas territory lol I will say, the actor they got for House I think is perfect. And his opening scene sent me straight to heaven. Trying not to do spoilers but I am screeching I'm huffing copium over here. Its gonna come around, let them cook. Please please please don't do my man dirty. He wouldn't do it, he wouldn't push the button pleeeeeeeeeease!
9 years later...
So this is my BoS oc, Paragon, 9 years after the events of Fo4
Is this a safe place to say I thought Paladin Xander Harkness was hot or am I gonna get sniped for saying that
It's so safe!! Xander had the spotlight of every scene he appeared. I'm a firm believer he has a charisma stat of 9 or 10. Before the extent of his irredeemable beliefs are exposed, he's really the perfect guy. A social butterfly, playful without being flat-out cruel, and it's surprisingly difficult to read his thoughts like... ever. He knows he's in a position of superiority and performs as such, and it's got something of a padded layering to it due to how he expresses his power. I think of it like how a "fun" parent might allow their kid a chance to come clean about their wrongdoings before they're punished for it. It really shows you how much control he has with his status, persuasion, and presence alone. And he reeks of confidence. Once he sets his eyes on something, it's seems as though it's sure to be done one way or another. Xander provides such a disarming facade for people to latch onto, or maybe tiptoe around, all while he's their worst enemy. What I think I'm the biggest fan of is the fact he was taken down by a character who's genuinely good-hearted. Camaraderie will get you so far, thank God it was Maximus in that room. It's like he's handing you the rose-colored glasses to allow him to get away with incredible feats of evil.
