:/ so ive never had this bug before, even with way more mods but i cant level up any SPECIAL stats in fo4? I can level up normal perks but not base stats, not even when test cheating in perk points.

forums arent pulling up anything and neither is the wiki so im guessing this might be a really niche mod base bug. I really dont want to, but if I cant find shit I’m gonna have to go through one by one to see if it is one of the mods.

:) im getting way more invested in this zarya build than i thought. im looking up references for starting stats, downloading a bunch more cc mods, researching which perks take priority, etc etc what a nerd jfc

#fo4 talk #i love fucker #but #im level 65+#and i dont really feel like playing further into the main quest despite not even meeting shaun again yet #i just dont care for the main questline lol #also i know that shes distrustful of omnics to due to the crises #but i dont necessarily know if she would or should align with the brotherhood or institute.......#ill have to decide at a later date but im feeling an institute run with her tbh #also because ive already sided with the railroad and minutemen #and id prefer to play differently this time #also debating if i want to try and make this a hardcore survival thing too....

so i feel myself nearing the end of my second fallout 4 playthrough with Fucker (honestly i probably wont finish the main quest again one for apathy and two glory is my girl). This time I was deciding on doing either a hardcore frost/survival or melee build.

I think I want to play through with a Zarya build though for funsies and also because ive never really tried to do a class specific play before. Implementing Strength/Heavy/Energy weapons would be easy enough it’s just the look part of it. Theres a lot of hair mods but none of them look close enough to Z’s hair for it to look passable. CBBE should let me make my character resemble her body type more.

Yall should let me know any mod or build suggestions.

#fo4 talk #honestly out of the 3 fallouts ive played 4 is my least favorite #but i cant bring myself to go back to new vegas and 3 just yet considering how much ive played them #and because basic mechanics in 4 arent even moddable in the previous 2 games

#fo4 talk #literally just got done setting up the walls which I usually don't do #but because of a mode the area is huge and I needed to block shit ofg #maybe I'll take screen shots when it's closer to finished but yah #bless settlement mods tbh #PPS tell my why even though i like 4 less than NV and 3 I have clocked 500+ hours on it #I'll tell you why #cause you can equip both grenades and a weapon at the same time despite the plot being shit

ive got 50+ mods lets see if my game dies or not lol
