Mannequin I’ve been using is from DreamVisionCreations! Go check em out they sell a buncha neat supplies for cosplays (they cater more towards fursuiters but I think you’ll be able to find something there even if you’re not doing fursuit stuff!)
I just need to paint them and add straps. I am so much happier with how these turned out.
I have a functioning suit of armour! Obviously there is LOTS to be done before Richard is completed! Next I'll be painting the armour and the detail pieces (not pictured) separated so that I can glue them together and varnish it together! I also have the pieces for the boots and gloves cut out too but I'm waiting on some zips and glove bases. However I might take a break from armour for a week or so and finish the cloak!
"We are the spark, that will light the fire that will burn the First Order down" Decided that enough was enough. I've been in such a cosplay slump that I would start but never finish things. Not this time. I got my data cylinders and patches for Bodhi Rook, painted the cylinders chrome and need to dye the vest. I'll be cosplaying my favorite Resistance pilot, Poe, so I started working on his helmet. Thanks Evil Ted and Odin makes for having awesome tutorials. I'm not too happy with how the helmet came out so I'm going to remake my pattern. Also my blade was dull and it made cutting the foam harder and gave me some rough edges. Im not tossing the helmet though cause I have other plans for it already 😁 I always wanted to cosplay Poe but certain things stopped me from doing it.
Hey, it’s been a while! I’ve finally started my next project!
I've been taken hostage by Mario Odyssey and couldn't stop playing!!! Still the case but I managed to take a small break today to start drawing and assemble patterns to get to see what Revali's head will look like or so. There are still a LOT of things to do but so far this is what it gives!

Ay, yes. I'm remaking my Lady Loki horns from foam instead of Worbla and oh boy are they big 😏😆
Today’s work! I didn’t get as much done as I’d hoped but it was a lot of small edges to cut and stick 😩 which I did almost glue to my finger. Not a lot really left to edge. Another days work I’d say and then I need to cover it all with worbla and drill a ton of holes in them.
