Day 3-Total Body Circuit......
Holy Moly today was a struggle. And to think that I woke up this morning on DAY 3, and the little "I dont wanna do it" minions were really whispering in my ear!! Day 3....what a sad, sad thing to admit!
In between the moving planks and the million and one spider pushups, I was struggling to hold up my body weight! But, I pushed through and was sweating the whole way through. (and it felt good) I was a little hungry, so I felt like I was struggling through having no energy, but I tried to forget about it and continue on. One thing I don't like about working out, is your metabolism burns like fire!! I came home and had a huge salad consisting of spinach, peppers, tomato, ham and cheese. (the ham and cheese maybe wasn't the best, but its all I had around for protein! :))
Today is Wednesday, and so far since Monday I have started a 60 day workout program, AND signed up for a 5K in Portland!! This is all exciting new beginnings!
