I don’t know if I’ll be able to do Insanity again... Like I did it 2 years ago and I wanna do it again but that shit is soooo hard and I don’t have enough time. Gonna need some motivation !

Focus T25 beta phase: day 3
Shaun-T is the ultimate fitness god. Rip't circuit kicked my ass ! A lot of new moves but i was able to do them perfectly and all thanks to the previous workouts from T25 that build up to this. I also had a nice advanced yoga practice for backbends and now i'm off to do some hiit on the stationary bike. I use my days off from work to get kicking workouts in because that's what i call fun haha. And then baking for the bf some delicious chocolate cupcakes. Perfect sunday so far :D

Focus T25-made it through the first week!!
YAY. I give myself a big pat on the back for making it through the first week of exercise and the nutrition plan unscathed!! :) It was a challenge, but I'm loving it! I made my boyfriend workout with me:) he's being very supportive. Unfortunately we live kind of far apart, so meeting up to workout everyday is kind of difficult. So, we will do it together when we can. This morning is Total Body Circuit. Yikes. It's exactly what it sounds like. Oh well. I need to change my way of thinking. Exercise is difficult but rewarding. I need to write that on a post-it note and make it my daily mantra. Also, the nutrition plan is very satisfying! Surprisingly I'm not running around like a ravenous maniac looking for anything I can find to scarf down. :) I need to have more faith in Shaun T hehe. Well, I better get to the exercise. Day 3-Total Body Circuit......
Holy Moly today was a struggle. And to think that I woke up this morning on DAY 3, and the little "I dont wanna do it" minions were really whispering in my ear!! Day 3....what a sad, sad thing to admit!
In between the moving planks and the million and one spider pushups, I was struggling to hold up my body weight! But, I pushed through and was sweating the whole way through. (and it felt good) I was a little hungry, so I felt like I was struggling through having no energy, but I tried to forget about it and continue on. One thing I don't like about working out, is your metabolism burns like fire!! I came home and had a huge salad consisting of spinach, peppers, tomato, ham and cheese. (the ham and cheese maybe wasn't the best, but its all I had around for protein! :))
Today is Wednesday, and so far since Monday I have started a 60 day workout program, AND signed up for a 5K in Portland!! This is all exciting new beginnings!

Day 2: Focus T25
Holy Obliques!!! Day 2 I'm a little sore. But I guess that's a sign that something is working! :) I made it through the 25 minutes, stopping only a couple times!! (but still continuing to move). My friend made me a shake from the shakeology that she got with her T25 package. It was pretty good. Strawberry and chocolate. And by chocolate, I mean, "chocolate". It's a protein shake after all!! :-p Anywho, I'm feeling inspired and thinner already! (It's the endorphins talking) I'm excited to see what the next couple weeks can bring. I'm going to try and follow the meal plan as closely as I can. If I'm gonna do this program, I might as well do it right! Haha I joined a support group on Facebook that's doing the same program. It's cool to be a part of something!! Same time tomorrow with my friend for day 3. :-) lets see what it brings! Hope everyone had a great day!
