Leafy greens at brekkie. Amazing food to start the day whether it's spinach or kale or chard. Today was the usual sweet onion and butter sautéed with turmeric and then I add chopped spinach. Many thanks to @ocadouk for providing us with loads of organic food choices on top of our weekly veg box. We eat masses of veggies and I would be stuck without Ocado. Eggs are of course the amazing @clarence_court burford browns. They grace my plate every morning and are brought to life with kerrygold butter. I choose kerrygold because the cows get the longest period outdoors then can, giving the butter that amazing richness from the grass fed cattle.
