YEAR 8: Homework & Folder Check Reminder

Remember, Year 8, tomorrow during our library session I'm looking at:

Your summary so far of Hate List, to page 100.

Your journal entry, 'My Greatest Scare' (100 - 300 words)

The general state of your folder/workbook.

Be ready! Set a good precedent for the rest of the year - I want to see 8/8s achieved throughout the year!

YEAR 7: FOLDER CHECK

Year 7s, please make sure that your folders are ready to be inspected by me next Wednesday, 26th of September during your library period. Please make sure you have all the tasks I’ve asked of you completed and placed neatly in your folder.

I will be giving you a score out of seven and some oral feedback on your:

Presentation of completed work - Ask yourself, is it neat?

Ability to organize - Is your work organized so I can follow it? 

Understanding of topics covered so far - is it evident that you understand, for example, the three parts of any story?

So, be ready or you'll be... hanging around!
