✢ for a good memory that makes them smile
"Whats this..?" A little girl asked, holding up a sketchbook to her mother after having found it on the table in the living room.
"Its a sketchbook sweetie." The woman answered, opening it to show her the beautiful drawings inside. The young child’s eyes widened as she examined it, looking at the drawings that ranged from animals such as horses and dragons to small nature things like ferns and mossy rocks.
"Its a book that allows you to draw what you want in it." Her mother continued, giggling softly as she added, "Without getting into trouble with Mommy."
"Do you think I could have one too?" The child asked, turning her gaze up to her mother, a smile forming on her face "I wanna learn how to make pretty pictures like you!"
"Of course you can. In fact, I do believe I have a spare somewhere on my desk in my office." She answered, "I’ll go bring it out for you and see if I can find some crayons so you can color your pictures too. After all, color is what brings something to life."
"Yay! Thank you so so much Mommy!"
