And considering the fact that I posted both a schottis and a halling, here's a ‘hambo’.

Hallingdans 

The halling is a traditional Norwegian and north Swedish dance which was mainly used as a way to prove to a woman that you were, well for a lack of better words, all that. When I was younger, this was one of the folk dances we had to learn. It's complicated as fuck and requires you to be both tall, strong and acrobatic, neither of which I am today, so even if I could do parts of this dance today, most of it would require me to spend ages in a gym and weeks upon weeks of training.

Sigh.

This is what university does to you. It makes you fat, over-qualified and unable to dance a ‘halling’.
