The soggiest of all kitty cats…

Meet Lokahd (It/They)! It is a dripping wet bog cat that roams wetlands around the UK and Ireland. A little undead, a little mopey and incredibly lonely. It spends its days sulking about eating bugs, birds and the occasional bad spirit that plagues humanity. Unfortunately, those who catch sight of them tend to mistake them as the cause of misfortune.

Art for the mythology challenge

I got a double-souled (Dwojeduchnik?) and here is my interpretation. I probably went a little further from Slavic mythology, but I like the result

I am SO EXCITED to reveal a wonderful new line of characters my friends and I are developing! 

A native of Japan and one of those long-since blessed by creatures of folklore and legends, Scarlet Suzaku is left for dead following a usurping of her Yakuza clan (lead by an older woman named Emi Nishikiyama). She is found by a wandering soul new to the city - a young Miko named Chiyo Kitsui - who traveled far from her humble village by Mt. Fuji to deliver messages to another shrine.

A bleeding heart herself, Chiyo couldn’t just leave her there in the rain. It was in her nature to act.

And so, Chiyo and her elder twin Yasu take in our flightless bird, to one day ensure she returns to the red skies. But do they know her past, and would they treat her the same?

SKINLESS.  Hey there, guys !!  It’s Silas, back again with another fandomless original character blog !!  This time, though, I’ve got an adorable girl who finds half of her parentage from the Irish folktales about the Selkies !!  She’s only half-Selkie, though, and lives with her father and half-Selkie older brother with very strong Irish roots !!
