Has a slightly tart portion at the mid-sip, before transitioning into a leathery funk to conclude the sip. As the beer warms to room temp, the apple and tart aspect become more apparent, similar to a crab apple flavour. The mid-sip begins floral and then makes way for a lemongrass flavouring, provided by the two hops used. Leaves you with a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel to conclude the sip. @follybrewing #follybrewpub • This achieves some pretty nice flavourings for a low ABV beer. I will say I enjoyed this one slightly more on tap, which would have probably bumped my rating up another notch if I reviewed it then. I could have done without the slight rind flavour, however the juicy aspects were quite refreshing.
