[FOM] Bachelors x Being Romantic With The Farmer

Summary: General headcanons as to how the bachelors display romance!

Warning(s): Nothing explicit! Maybe a tiny bit of some suggestiveness here and there, but nothing to write home about!

Side Note(s): Apologies for this taking a while to come out, y'all! A few things are happening irl at the moment, so it's taking my focus away from writing for a bit! I'll try to get back into the swing of things soon!

Balor

Very big on expressing his feelings through his words.

Sure, Balor's not too shabby either when it comes to the realm of giving you gifts and being physically affectionate. But he prefers to be generally romantic with you through what he says and means it. If he says he loves you, then he'll usually follow up his words with a flower, maybe a gift that you've been eyeing, or a rare gem that you've only mentioned once.

With him, I feel that Balor would want you to feel as if you're constantly being swooped up into the arms of a prince or a very handsome thief trying to steal away your heart.

As I mentioned before, flowers and rare gems (as well as gifts you've mentioned wanting beforehand) are his go-to, but he'll always make sure to give you the gift with care.

A date night under the stars, maybe after he recently came back from one of her merchant travels.

The whole nine yards!

Eiland

Almost similar to Balor, I can imagine that Eiland likes to show and display romance through gifts, but also does so through spending time with you.

No matter where you may be in town, Eiland is going to find a way to locate you and offer to spend time with you!

Personal duties and matters be damned, if you ask him to be more romantic with you, then he's going to do it! And it helps that he likes being by your side as well! If you're planting crops on your farm, he's right there talking with you and even trying to help out from time to time.

If you're traveling to the Mines, then he's traveling right by your side, maybe he won't go into the actual Mines himself, but— he was at least there to support you through his words and presence! As well as encouraging you to get back to him safely, otherwise he'd be saddened by you being injured or something worse!

In the case of date nights? While it'd be easy to say that he'd take you on an expensive date (and don't get me wrong, he would do it occasionally). I feel like at-home dates or quiet dates in a comfortable place in the woods are more his style.

He feels like he can be himself the most when it's just the two of you, and in those cases, it's when Eiland is capable of really showing just how much he likes to be at your side.

Ryis

Also, another candidate for showing romance through "spending time with his partner."

However, I can see Ryis being the type to really like quiet birdwatching dates. Underneath a tree, and anytime there is a bit of talking between the two of you, it's usually Ryis expressing his appreciation for you, for you enjoying his hobbies, as well as making sure to tell you that he wants to know your interests as well!

He doesn't want to be the only one in th erelationship whose doing things that he likes; he wants to do things that you like as well!

Even if it's something considered "tedious". So long as it involves being with you, then Ryis doesn't really care about what you both do.

In the case of doing something other than quiet birdwatching, however— I can also see Ryis being the type of person who's somewhat big on expressing himself through physical affection as well?

Nothing explicit, but mostly Ryis either hugging you close to him or kissing you until he's sure that he's going to run out of breath. Either way, though, Ryis is a heavy "let's spend time with one another" type of romancer.

March

Okay, sue me but— I don't see March as an extremely romantic type? Admittedly, I can see him more as the type of person whose just happy to be breathing the same air as you.

When it comes to romance, I imagine that he's not the type to plan elaborate dates, and while he adores spending time with you, he also likes to still spend time honing his craft as a blacksmith!

However, he's definitely the kind of person whose extremely dependable.

If you say that you need something at a specific time on a specific date, then he's there, waiting with the item in hand.

If you're going through a rough time, be it something light such as a bittersweet ending in one of your favorite shows or a sudden death in the family, then he's right by your side, a shoulder to cry on and comforting words waiting for you hand and foot.

Of course, he'll say that he loves you, he'll cook you meals when you need them, and read books with you on the couch, but outside of that? Fancy dates (unless it's a special occasion and you really want to do that type of thing with him) are rarely seen.

But although he's not the most romantic type of person, you're not going to doubt for a single second that he loves you.

Caldarus

Probably the most romantic person on this list ngl

He's spent thousands of years trapped inside a statue. Every waking moment he spends at your side is a gift, and he's going to make sure that you know it, and most importantly? That you can feel it through the way he speaks to you, compliments and admires your appearance as well as your personality.

He'll clean and spend time with you in any way, shape, or form. Be it early morning, evening, or night!

Caldarus does the work of researching the best dating spots around town, thinking up different meals to make for the special occasion (headcanoning that he treats every date like it's the first— every single one is special to him ✨) as well as just generally taking the lead when it comes to the more romantic aspects of the relationship.

Of course, he appreciates it when he receives the same in return, but I feel like he likes to display his affection more often. You're the one whose responsible for him being freed from the statue, the one who gave him an entirely new life, as well as his first friend and relationship in the current age.

And on a more headcanon-y end note, I also imagine that he's had plenty of relationships throughout his long life, so he likes to use old customs to really spice up the relationship when it comes to romance, dates, etc.

You're the new adventurer who has taken over the farm south of Mistria. While March didn't like you in the beginning, he began to warm up to you. You find out just how much he's accepted you one night at the Forge.

You knew it was much too late to be working the forge, but you couldn't help yourself.

By the time you had exited the mines that day, the sun had long since decended past the mountain peak overlooking Mistria. At midnight, the blue skies had darkened to nearly black, with glittering diamonds framing the silver-painted moon. You were exhausted. Your arms ached from the day's work, and your eyelids were heavy. But it was worth it because tucked neatly into your bag was a stack of gold. Literally.

While making your way into town, you peered at your treasure with a grin. You knew that the ingots made from the mined ore would not just benefit you, but also the town. With the amount you'd collected, you'd easily be able to upgrade your pickaxe and then some, plus have extras to share with the local blacksmiths. You couldn't wait to present a fresh bar to March and Olric.

And it could have easily waited until the next morning... But you couldn't help yourself.

That's how March found you only minutes later; hunched over his anvil, your eyes soley focused on the sparks flying from the scalding metal as your hammer kissed its golden surface. The sleeves of your shirt were rolled up and over your elbows, showing the map of faded scars that stretched across your skin and your jeans clinging tightly to your curves. You hadn't even noticed him approach. He stood there for a moment in pure silence, watching in awe as you continued. He had spent his evening at The Sleeping Dragon, maybe (definitely) having one-too-many ales with Ryis and talking about their latest projects. March's head felt fuzzy, and with quiet steps, he moved to stand behind you. The scent of the mines clung to you; a mix of smoke and dirt, as well as your shampoo.

"Looks good."

Your arm jerked, the heavy hammer skiddering to a halt. "Fuck, March! You nearly scared the life out of me!" Your head turned in his direction, narrow eyes finding his. He had the ghost of a smile on his lips. Of course, he'd enjoy your spooked reaction.

He held his hands up innocently. "'M'sorry. Didn't mean to, I promise. I've been here for..." How long had he been standing there for? He couldn't tell. "Well, I've been here."

There was a real smile on March's lips at this point. You cocked your head at him, huffing slightly. "Don't make it a habit." You turned your attention back to your work. "It is looking pretty nice, right?"

March hummed in response, ducking his head lower towards yours. The faint scent of booze clung to March's clothing, giving you a good idea of where he'd been. "Oh! That reminds me, I found something for you." You set the head of the hammer onto the ground, leaning its handle against the anvil to rummage through your bag. After a few seconds, you finally found it. Its surface was unnaturally smooth, its golden face pure and strangely unblemished. With your free hand, you grabbed March's blindly. You didn't notice the hitch in his breath as you momentarily tangled your fingers with his. "Here. I thought that you, out of all people, would appreciate this the most."

You deposited the ore into March's hand. Almost immediately, he recognized what was given to him, and he beamed. "Why are you giving me something so thoughtful? Are you expecting something in return?" His words didn't hold its normal bite. Instead, his tone sounded more teasing. He looked up at you, his eyes glittering and his voice dropping an octave. "Well... thanks."

Immediately, your face bloomed red. Normally, March held a certain attitude towards you, the newcomer. While it had drastically improved over the last few weeks, you hadn't expected such a flirtatious move. The last time March had acted in this fashion was when he had a little too much to drink, which you had only witnessed once. And while you were well aware of March's looks, you had not once realistically played around with the idea of March being a man to pine over. He just didn't see you in that way. which was fine.

Unfortunately, your heart wasn't on the same page that your brain was.

"N-no problem." You mentally cursed at yourself for tripping over your words. Stupid.

"I'm serious." March stepped forward and clumsily grabbed your hand. He pressed it to his chest, your palm laying flat on the blacksmith's thin shirt. You could feel the heat radiating from March's body, as if there was a furnace placed where his heart would be. "I seriously appreciate this. I've never seen such a beautiful piece of gold ore."

You laughed, your nerves slowly calming. "Okay, okay. Message received." You used your trapped hand to pat on March's chest and attempted to pull away. Instead, his grip only tightened. "Uh... March?"

He caught his bottom lip in between his teeth. He seemed to contemplate his next words, but only for a moment. "It's still not as beautiful as you, though." The slur of his words had faded just a little, but March's drunk confidence was still ever-present.

You froze, eyes moving upwards to meet his. You felt as if your heart was about to beat out of your chest. "You're drunk, March. You don't know what you're saying." Trying to play it off as a joke, you attempted to smile at the redhead. But it didn't come off in the way that you had hoped because March only furrowed his brows. He looked frustrated at your words.

"Noooo." He drawled his word out and used your trapped hand to tug you closer. "I'm only a little tipsy, but I'm well-aware of where I am, who I'm with, and what I'm doing." His dark eyes were solely focused on you and slowly trailed from your face and down your body. "Do you know how long I've wanted to tell you how pretty you are? You're absolutely stunning. You're like... Like... This piece of ore! Golden, perfect, loved by everyone." He waved around the chunk of raw metal in his other hand, as if it helped to prove his point. He was on a role. "You're also so smart. You know exactly what we need, and even when I was so unwelcoming in the beginning, you never called it quits. You know just what to say and when to say it. You're so brave, going down into the mines and fighting anything in your path. And your confidence is just... such a turn-on. When you give me any kind of attitude, it makes me want to grab you and kiss you." He blabbered without thinking, and all the while, you turned even more and more red. "And I've been trying to be nicer to you because Ryis said that women prefer guys who compliment them and hold the door open and do chivalry shit. But you don't even bat an eye, and I don't know what else to do to show you I like you."

March finally paused long enough to catch his breath, and before he could launch himself into another tirade, you used your free hand to slap it over his month. "Alright. I get it." Your cheeks were aflame, your gaze jumping down to your hand on his mouth, to your hand still clung against his chest, to his necklace. You didn't know where, exactly, to look.

March released your hand and grabbed at your chin, forcing your eyes to meet his. He had his brows pulled together as if trying to figure you out. Your mouth was dry, the heat in the blacksmith's gaze smoldering out anything you were planning to say. Instead, you freed March's lips from their makeshift prison. He continued to stare at you quizically.

"So?" He finally prompted. "Are you going to let me kiss you, or what?" You could see March's confidence wavering the longer that he looked at you, as if finally realizing all of the emotions that were just dumped on you. He began to chew on his bottom lip again nervously. "I mean, if you don't want to-"

You cut him off by surging forward, grabbing the front of March's shirt to yank him down to your level. He stumbled forward, eyes widening in surprise as you closed the gap between you two. His lips crashed into yours, most likely bruised as you molded into him. March was still, and for a moment, you had worried you might've hurt him, but suddenly, he was a flurry of movement.

You heard the clang of the gold ore hit the ground, and then March was tangling his hand into your hair, tilting your head upwards to better meet your lips. His other hand found purchase on your hip, pulling your body flush against his own. His chest was pressed against your own, heartbeat erratic and no doubt matching the rhythm of your own. One of his legs slid in between yours, his thigh pressing deliciously against your core. You gasped, and the second you had parted your lips, March's tongue delved in deeper to taste you. He was a starving man, and you were his oasis.

The two of you only pulled apart to catch your breath. March's lips were swollen and bruised, his tanned cheeks flushed as he gazed down at you with hooded eyes. He looked as if he wanted to eat you up, and you could only assume you had the same expression. His chest was still rapidly rising and falling as he brought his lips on you once more, making a wet trail from your cheek and down the curve of your neck.

His name left your lips in a breathy moan, and you felt March's toothy grin against your skin. "Is it safe to say that you like me, then?" His cockiness had returned once more, but you weren't complaining. Instead, you twisted the cord of March's necklace around your finger.

"That depends." You mused, glancing up at March through your lashes as he pulled his lips away from you. "You wouldn't make me say it first, would you?"

March flushed, narrowing his eyes at you. "You brat." He grumbled, grabbing at your hips to pull you against his body once more. He huffed. "I like you. Good?"

"Hm, I don't know. I don't think I heard you."

"I like you! Jeez." He squeezed your hips. "Don't test me, new girl, or I'll make you regret it."

"Promise?"

Your response was innocent enough, but March's grin darkened as he brought his lips just inches from yours once more. "Cross my heart."

You pretended to hesitate, but the words were already leaving your month before you could stop them. "I'll need to hear you say it... just one more time, March."

A deep growl rose from March, and he twisted a hand in your hair. He tugged at your hair just enough to elicit a gasp from you. His eyes had become hungry once more as he leaned down. His next few words were husky, taking your breath away in a nervous rush.

"You've asked for it, now."

Summary: How the FOM bachelors would act when they're jealous!

Side Note(s): Sorry it took soooooooo long to get this out, y'all! Lots of things are happening in real life, and it's distracting me from writing a bit 😔

Balor

I feel like it'd all depend on how fresh your relationship with Balor is.

On one hand, if you and Balor have been together for a little bit longer, then it's more possible that he won't really bat an eye. He's confident in you and his relationship and knows that you think that he's the only one for you!

On the flip side, however, in the case of your relationship being more fresh— Balor immediately investigates the person you're suddenly closer to, in the case of it being another townsperson. Anytime that they come over to his stall, he'll either go on and on about how in love the two of you are or ask about them and try to pick out exactly what makes you so interested in this person all of a sudden!

But in the end?

Balor would simply confront you and ask, "You're getting pretty close to this person, Y/N...don't tell me you're getting bored with me already?" Although the words are casual and almost playful, just before you throw a playful response in turn, you immediately catch the flicker of worry in Balor's eyes when you look at him.

It tugs at your heartstrings; you've told him time and time again that he's the only one for you!

"Are you jealous, Balor?"

Okay, so weirdly enough— I don't see Ryis being too much of the jealous type?

In the case of you becoming closer with someone else all of a sudden, while he'd definitely have his questions, he wouldn't allow your newfound friendship to damage y'all's relationship and have him make up unfounded scenarios in his head.

But for funzies, let's say that he had a rare spot of jealousy—

I can imagine that Ryis would be very thoughtful about his approach and would simply ask you upfront, "Hey, I hear that you're getting closer to this person. Who are they? If they're such close friends with my lover, then I'd like to meet them as well!"

When you state that you'd be more than happy to bring them over, and that your friend would be excited to meet Ryis face-to-face, that reaction alone quells any remaining jealousy that he might have budding inside of him.

However, when the actual dinner party does come around. You'd best believe that Ryis is watching your friend like a hawk and making sure to insert any small sentences that he can about how much he loves you and how much you love him.

You notice the little bit of jealousy he's displaying of course, but since he's handling it so well—you decide not to bring it up to him <33

Aggressive.

Not towards you, of course. But towards the person who's suddenly caught your interest. If you thought March was capable of being cold and snippy with someone beforehand, then you haven't seen him when he's jealous and assuming that someone is trying to come in and steal you away from him.

The last thing he wants is the first person he's fallen in love with to suddenly up and decide to leave him for someone else!

He trails behind you like a guard dog.

If you bring up whether or not his brother needs him at the blacksmith shop, March will promptly respond with "I thought you liked me being around? Are you trying to get rid of me?"

You raise your brow at the redhead's words. "What are you talking about? You know I love having you around!" You huff. But you did feel bad for his brother being the sole one working the shop!

Yet, before things could risk turning into a full-blown argument, they had to be dealt with out on the street. Your friend had suddenly popped up from around a corner and greeted you with a call of your name and a wave.

It was as if a thunderstorm had brewed right behind you, and then and there you realized the cause of March's words.

Eiland

Very pouty when it comes to displaying his jealousy, as well as suddenly needy as all hell for your attention.

Although Eiland doesn't mind you knowing other people, having plenty of friends, and the like. Ever since the two of you started dating, he can't help but be a bit greedy for your attention!

So, eventually, when the news comes to him that you've been hanging out with someone new as of lately, of course, he's going to investigate a little!

In the form of asking you tons and tons of questions.

He'll get in your personal space, shower, and butter you up with gifts and the like, all in hopes that he both gets the answers he wants and can show that he totally isn't jealous!

He just wants to know why your attention has been swayed by this new person all of a sudden!

However, he's also easy to appease.

The second that you tell him, "They're just a friend, Eiland. Nothing to worry about!" He trusts you immediately, but not without him saying, "Ah, sorry...I admit, I don't like the idea of someone winding up falling for you as well. Though it would be understandable."

All in all? Eiland's super easy to appease and calm down. So long as he has reassurance nd some comfort from you, then he doesn't mind you having a close friend in the slightest!

Caldarus

The second person on this list that I believe wouldn't be too jealous in the face of you suddenly getting close to someone.

Although he's been stuck in a statue for many years, time prior has allowed him to see the many faces of man and have personal experience with said faces. Both romantic and Platonic.

With that being said, in the case of hearing rumors of you getting closer to someone. I feel like he would be able to recognize whether or not that closeness was of that kind.

Nonetheless, though, just to get more clarification, he would still go to you and ask about the person that you've been hanging out with as of lately. He wants to know what they look like, where they're from, their personality, everything.

After all, they must be a good person if they've managed to capture your attention!

"Are you jealous?" You asked, teasingly to which Caldarus only offered you a chuckle before he shook his head.

"Quite the contrary," He responded. "I am merely curious about the person who has managed to capture my love's attention."

On the flipside, you couldn't help but be a teensy bit jealous yourself. As much as you liked to brag about Caldarus, show off your handsome boyfriend whenever you could— he was just that, handsome.

As close as you and your new friend were getting, shared interests and the likes, you weren't going to let them just see Caldarus with no prompting!

Although he tries to keep his true worry for you hidden underneath a calm exterior and some smooth talk of telling you "Don't get too injured now~ how could I function without my favorite customer?"

Underneath that surface? He's EXTREMELY worried.

Balor understands that you're a competent adventurer and that you have more than enough experience when it comes to fighting and keeping yourself out of danger!

But the way that you search for it? As well as being eager to find danger and fight it off?

While he's no stranger to a bit of danger himself, as well as liking the thrill from time to time—I can imagine that such small thrills and the likes would immediately wash away when he sees just how far those tendencies can go through you.

Therefore, Balor always makes sure to keep an extra supply of free healing potions (for you and for you only) to ensure that you don't have to go looking far when you require supplies.

Ryis

Very gently tries to suggest that you find something safer to do.

Like everyone else on this list— Ryis already understands you to be a very competent adventurer and thus, a really experienced fighter.

However, seeing all the scars and injuries that you gain from all the battles that you rush into...it does make him say something and try to suggest that you find something safer to do for a time.

Like focusing on farming, maybe fishing!

Helping out around the town more would be fun as well!

And when you pout and whine that you don't want to do any of those things? I can see Ryis being the type to pull the "cool, gentle guy" card and being extra sweet to you in order to make you see the light just a little bit more.

After all, there's only so many times he can see you bloodied and bruised! As well as worrying himself sick, fearing that you may be stuck deep in the Mines!

However, at the end of the day? He's not trying to control you, whether you're reckless or not; he'll be there to support you (and make sure that he's already prepped a bath and everything else to soothe your aching muscles once you return home)

March

In true tsundere fashion, it's a mix between him explicitly getting upset with you/stating that he doesn't care about you being reckless, but in silence? He's worrying himself almost sick.

I can imagine that the idea of being reckless wouldn't faze him much, to be frank? Weirdly enough, I can see March being the same way but in a different context (more so in the sense of taking risks with it comes to different ways of smithing, anything to continue being the best around ✨ 💪)

But when it comes to you fighting monsters and delving deep into the Mines? That's when it's a hard no from him.

He understands that you're strong enough to handle yourself and that there's not really a big chance of you getting into danger, but he can't help but silently worry that something else may happen!

He won't voice it aloud, but when you come home? Tired and bruised up, March is quietly ushering you to bed to sit down while he runs you a bath.

After your bath (that he helps you with, mind you). Food is being prepared and fed to you before he states that it's time to go to sleep.

All in all, just a whole bunch of March being a mean-faced worrywart for you.

Eiland

Okay, weirdly enough— I think that Eiland would be sort of reckless alongside you.

Not to the extent of where he's rushing into monster battles at the drop of a hat ofc but in terms of exploring the Mines until the wee hours of the morning?

Maybe even encouraging you to take a little bit more of a risk if it means discovering something new to display at the museum!

But, while you don't have an inner voice to tell you to stop fighting. Eiland does. And he'll immediately call it a day for both of you if he thinks that you're looking a bit tired or that it's time for you two to rest.

At the end of the day, even though the two of you are a bit reckless together, Eiland does care about you and doesn't want you to seriously get injured!

And to show his thanks for you being his knight and shield? He gives you a hot bed and making sure that you're well-fed with the best food that he can possibly offer to you!

Caldarus

Assuming that this is all going down while he's a human—

I feel like Caldarus would be the most patient on this list with a reckless farmer?

He's that inner voice in your head that tells you that something's too much or that a fight is too risky.

However, he's not going to impose upon your own will. If you want to get into a dangerous fight, then, of course, he'll suggest that it's too much of a risk and will watch over you more heavily, but at the end of the day? He wants you to be your own person!

Just— don't be shocked when you're suddenly teleported away from the Mines or from a dangerous situation in general. The second he spots a weapon, get too close to your body.

Finds your sassier nature to be a mix between a breath of fresh air and weirdly hilarious, even.

Although he enjoys the town's warm, welcoming aura. Your sassy nature reminds him of the more entertaining customers that Balor would typically encounter on his travels as a merchant!

You bring a certain fire and spark to every interaction between the two of you, not knowing how you'll respond to what he says makes him feel as if he has to work to get your attention and, in turn, a loyal customer.

Sure, smooth-talking his way into getting a loyal customer easily is nice and all for business.

But for people that he really wants to get to know? As well as forming more than just a business relationship, keeping him on his toes is the way to go.

And your sassy nature does just that!

March

Lowkey doesn't know how to handle it?

Although it's already known in town more or less that March keeps his true feelings to himself. You were new, and you thus assumed that he was just mean!

So, you nipped back, and you nipped back with the intention of putting him in his place.

At first, he hated it, coupled with the fact that people were beginning to praise your smithing skills as well? It made for a bad combo that resulted in a few tense shouting matches as well as a lot of "Lol, you're mad" (mostly on your side)

But as the two of you began to get closer, budding from rivals to something more, I can imagine that March would appreciate your attitude a hell of a lot more, seeing as its a assurance that nothing is being hidden(?)

Although your sassier tendencies make you more of a teaser as well as a bit of a firebrand, it makes you honest. And that's what he'd appreciate most.

Eiland

Hear me out but— I can see Eiland being the type to be weirdly eager to please you when it comes to him being presented with someone who has a sassier attitude?

When the two of you first met, he invited you to go into the Mines. Your response to the whole situation was along the lines of "Aren't you rich? Why not hire someone to do all this work for you?"

Or something like "Lol, typical noble boy stuff can't do anything for yourself, huh?"

He didn't have the strength of a well-seasoned adventurer, nor an experienced miner, but he could hold his own! Thus, he sought to prove it to you.

In his own way.

Each sassy response you gave him resulted in him working harder to make you happy, bringing you better and more detailed information about the Mines, making sure to be almost always available to help you when you needed him, and so much more.

Lowkey could start a saga where the reader/farmer becomes a bit of a bully to Eiland, but hey, that's the gooner brain talking

Ryis

Same boat as Eiland kinda-ish?

Eager to please but also knows how to match your sassier tendencies with some bite of his, albeit it's spoken with a much more calmer/loving tone.

He's not trying to make you feel as if he doesn't like your personality; he loves it! To him, you being sassy towards him is nothing more than playful banter! And he'll trade word for word to keep the funny banter going until both of you eventually tire.

I can also see him being the type to just sort of let you talk as well tbh?

He knows you're just playing, so half of the time, he doesn't even respond (annoying to you, but the sassier comments that'll leave your mouth in an effort to provoke a reaction from him makes snort and laugh as he works).

Either way, all in all, he's just happy to let you talk and occassionally joining in with some sassy comments himself <33.

Caldarus

Okay, so I feel like it would really depend on what type of Caldarus we're talking about—

If we're talking about Caldarus when he's still a statue, then he finds your personality to be extremely amusing, especially since he's thousands of years old. He's more familiar with the concept of people worshipping him, giving him gifts with extreme thanks, and all that.

So you're giving him gifts and the likes, but with the addition of saying something like "Here, since you obviously can't move much lol." That sparks a chuckle from him.

Now when he's human.

Then I can see Caldarus kinda sitting quietly and just letting you speak to him any type of way PFFT.

He's extremely patient and protective of you already; you're the first person he's really had a relationship with in centuries! So you having a bit of a mouth on you is no issue to him! He enjoys it and may even encourage you from time to time.
