Organize your pantry in a way you’ll feel safe around food. Get some new containers for your meal prep and for your snacks. Make an exclusive area for favorite desserts 🍫, portioning them in small quantities. Throw away any foods that are more than one year old or outdated 🤢.
Take everything out of your closet 👗. Put back only things you love 🥰, and you’ll be loving in the next 30 days. Donate clothes that don’t fit you anymore. Just because you’re overweight, doesn’t mean you can’t put on nice outfits, so anything ragged is a NO 🛑.
Spring break is right around the corner, so make plans to enjoy your life a little bit. Part of the weight loss process is to find joy without food. So, what do you have in mind that doesn’t involve food? 🏔 Travel to a national park 🧗🏻♀ Go hike some mountains 🌊 Enjoy nature 👘 Shop for new clothes 🧖🏻♀ Spa day with your best friend
The best advice is to reduce your intake of sugar and flour as much as you can. Limit the consumption of these types of food once a week.
