Mikey stuttered out, looking at Ellie with concern in his eyes, "But we used a condom..." of course he was aware that nothing was 100% certainty when it came to birth control, but he never imagined it would happen to him. He reached out and gently placed a hand on her shoulder. Ellie was his friend. Them sleeping together was a drunken night decision, and they were still responsible enough to use protection. If Mikey was being honest with himself, he always had a thing for Ellie. She was beautiful, kind, and intelligent. But he was rough around the edges, she didn't deserve to be tied down with someone like him. Now he was scared that was exactly what he had done.

She'd nearly forgotten about Matilda. One of her longtime coworkers had convinced her sight unseen to hire his daughter. Evie knew from the water cooler talk that she was smart and was attending college. She had even had her assistant send birthday and graduation cards over the last five years. So she'd agreed, having her onboarded, given the handbook, and assigned her to her assistant. The same assistant she was currently getting a blowjob from. So when Evie opened her eyes to see the younger woman in the doorway she was only partially surprised.

"You can go back to work, Roxanne. Close the door behind you I need to speak to Matilda." She said pulling the woman off of her girthy length. The PA wiped her mouth, popped up, and walked out the door only stopping to smirk at the younger woman. Evie stroked herself as she waited for the door to close. But right here in this very moment he had wished for her gentle kindness to lighten his mood, not her teasing. "Taunting words don't suite you little flower", he said, voice low as he walked over to her, the gentle murmur of the water fountain filling the air, mixing with the singing of the birds and the humming of the bees. Blood splatters seeping into his silk kaftan and a bruise blooming on his cheek. Once undressed, his ribs would show a similar discolouring as his cheek, but he was right. His arrogant brother looked much worse, with a deep cut across his ugly face and a missing ear for not listening to Basim.
