I GOT THE ENGAGEMENT RING

It came with a leather pouch but I'm using the box I had received with our matching rings instead

AND I'M DOING IT TONIGHT. I'M PROPOSING.

The ring is a John Hardy creation. Naga style. The bae likes dragons. It's basically a dragon. She's gonna scree at me.

So you know, Tumblr can easily and immediately fuck up the way it's users view everything in one swift update, and yet, they can also easily fail to remove this gem from the top of my feed.

Now, honestly?

I fucking love that I've got it still there. I've been playing a game to see how long it'll last, and really I have no wish to make it go away. I think it's funny. A monument to Tumblr's sins, if you will.

I know if I dismiss it, it'll go, but there's no fun in that.

So today, on 1/30/19, I've still got the notification which appeared in the beginning of December. And it's a damn fun game. Once that update hits my app properly I cannot wait to see how awful it'll be contrasting.

This is the most fun I've had on the app in years.

I'm not complaining, but I can't believe Warrior's is trending. Did we suddenly step back to 2005? Or 2008?

As many of you know, my blog is actually meant for writing, be it by myself or with another. I started it with that precise purpose and yet, for the past few years, I've barely done anything! My writing has been confined to Google Docs with my fiancé or those few that I meet on other sites. While I don't anticipate to have any writing with another upon this blog, I do think it's fair to, at the very least, talk about some of the characters I and my wife have created.

If I remember correctly, we have over thirty to our names.

I will place links here to posts I've made describing our characters, who they're paired with and, if I remember right, the reasons as to why they were made.

I keep reblogging posts foolishly thinking the tags were in the text, only to later see nothing and go "wait, there was something funny there! Where'd it go?"

I'm getting better about actually using tags, but my better is still pretty poor. Ah, well.
