Ew ugly depressive bitch (he's on the verge of a heart attack)
and just a brief explanation: Iron is super lethal to fairies, causing burns if they come into contact with it if im right... so I had this idea that Cosmo would wear some metal accessories (including some piercings, but let's not talk about that...) so he simply couldn't transform into a fairy while anti cosmo doesn't control him for some specific reason... (the story is a bit complicated, I'll explain it better later...)
