The Hunted's ear tuft flicks slightly in acknowledgement of the sound. He glances in the direction of the frog briefly before turning his focus back on other matters.

He hisses in pain at the cast being poked,

"Don't fucking touch my leg..."

He throws a small rock at the perpetrator before reading Jerry's note,

"No, I guess? I'm not hurt, I just feel like I'm hurt all the time? I dunno how to put it, really."

The Hunted thinks on the explanation, his ear tuft flicking once more. He's heard something like this before, and he figures that the cast really won't do much of anything. Maybe Skeptic would know more on the subject. For now, Hunted just sits there attentively. He'll do his best.

D:< (fails to dodge the rock in time and gets hit in the shoulder with it. thankfully it's not a huge rock. picks it back up, kicks dirt at jerry, and throws the rock at stubborn again!) {:<

The Hunted snaps his attention back to you and catches the rock instead, aiming it before throwing it at your face. He isn't going to sit here and tolerate it any further if it's going to be harmful.

! He settles out of the shadows, and shakes his head. Stubborn's face is just as Hunted remembers it, feathers unable to grow over thick scar tissue that covers up his right eye in a star-like pattern. His feathers are, as always, smelling faintly of blood and oil. He towers over both of the other Voices, in both bulk and height, and he realises this before sitting down. Trying to make himself seem less menacing towards the other two. !

"Didn't see nothin', no. Trekked through the west, not the north, so didn't end up near yours. Sorry. I can just carry you if you need, though. I... Whatever ya need."

! Stubborn grimaces, still very not used to caring for people but obviously doing his best. He continues to hold the thing's skull in his lap. He glances down at the little thing by his leg, and lifts a talon to gently wipe its mouth, feathers a little scraggly but soft. !

"Any supplies you need to help with his leg? I've got, like... I dunno. A few books on it back in the cabin. All from Knight or the Ice Freak."

! When a lump of dirt hits his ankle, Stubborn doesn't even glance over, too busy murmuring to himself and helping clean up the little friend. !

The Hunted glances over at Stubborn, cautiously watching him before scooting over slightly to make a little more room. It's been a long time, but it doesn't seem like much of anything has changed—at least nothing in appearance. Hunted's own form was much smaller in comparison, but it made it easier to slip through small spaces quickly with his agility. Personally, he finds being large like Stubborn to be a disadvantage with Hunted's skillset. He excels in speed while the other does with strength; it's fitting.

While Hunted works silently, his ear tuft flicks in acknowledgement of Stubborn's question. He wraps the bandage roll around Cheated's leg one more time before ripping the excess off, double-checking to see if the stick is poking anything before tying it all together. Hunted shakes his head; this is probably all he can do with what he has for now.

“ It's okay, thank you. I did my best with what I could. Just need to be careful and make sure the stick doesn't move. ”

Speaking of Cold, Hunted has yet to thank him for the gift. Perhaps he can send a gift of his own someday. On the other hand, he hasn't heard from Hero so far, but if Stubborn has received books from him, then it may be safe to assume that he's doing alright.
