Okay, well, I GUESS it's pretty! But this (knitting!) is still a RIDICULOUS way to make a FLAT thing in the round! So I probably won't make the rest of the blanket this was a test hexagon for.
Probably.

right?
Also, I guess it was a good thing that I haven't yet thrown out the styrofoam blocks my new toilet came in? XD I would not have expected it to be such a GOOD blocking surface!
#things I made!#things I'm still working on!#knitting!#no seriously the beginning of this was SUCH a PAIN#by the last rounds I was using SO MANY needles!!!#(well seven -- five to hold the sides one straight one to swap as I worked each side#and then one more of my bendy ones to swap as I worked the first/last sides for each round)#because using a stitch marker between two sides of the hexagon#on either half of one of my lovely bendy double pointed needles#seemed like the best solution to counting rounds#those come in sets of three#so not enough to do A HEXAGON with#but I continue to be glad I bought them!#even though they were ENTIRELY the wrong thing for the projects I originally bought them for!#knitting is so weird#you need so many THINGS for knitting#and most of those things are marginally different Fancy Sticks#crocheting you only REALLY have to worry about size and hook shape#for making things
