It seems like a given at this point that RC will die again, but I feel like the biggest question is who will kill him? Sebastian under order of OC? Sebastian against order of OC? OC himself? Lizzy, having come to her senses/realised the truth? Undertaker, having come to his senses and finally admitting to himself that this is not a real Phantomhive? Another Midford? The same people who killed Vincent? Abberline? Soma, for Agni's sake? Or will he simply begin to fall apart and rot back to death, as Victoria did in season 1? Does he have enough blood to continue?

His days as Earl Phantomhive are very numbered
