*Insert some whiny know it all voice here* ”You can’t ward off a spirit with herbs! Ohh what, is it going to be scared of a leaf?!” ”What the hell’s a black candle good for?! You want white dumby!” ”OMFG, you honestly think saying a few words is going to do something?! ” Do. You. Not. Know. How. To. Witch? :)
Candles, herbs, music etc are just accessories.
Metaphorically speaking, It’s like lighting candles and tossing rose petals on the bed and playing some Pretty Ricky...Do I NEED it to get it on? Hell no! But it sure doesn’t hurt to use these things to get u in the mood to fuck (Maybe even to fuck better then if you didn’t have it).
That’s witchcraft, honey. No shit a fucking leaf/herb isn’t going to get rid of a spirit on it’s own (Maybe some) but if I put intention in the properties of that leaf then it just might. (Maybe not more powerful spirits etc but that’s a different story.)
Point is, is that witchcraft is about your intentions and your energy THEN about what you use and how you use it.
