two spirit is a cultural label (not entirely limited to gender) originating from various indigenous tribes across the continent, many of which have very different concepts of gender from the modern world. for me, this identity means that the foundation of who i am is made up of both the feminine spirit & the masculine spirit, something that typically exists within most people as one or the other. i wouldn't exactly call this a gender identity, but it is the basis of how i experience gender & it heavily influences the other labels i use to describe my identity.
