Help me find a book?

Greeting Tumblr friends.

I am currently searching for a book that was in my High School Library that I was obsessed with until it went missing.

The book was beautifully illustrated but was not a picture book. It was primarily 'factual'information, historical accounts and folklore.

I think the book was called Witches and Wizards or something like that but I really cannot be sure.

It was a hard-covered book, potentially blue, and about 40 cm tall and 25 cm wide. I do not know who the author or illustrator were.

I recently purchased Erica Jong's beautiful book Witches believing that this to be the book, but sadly it was not. It is about the right size and weight, and the artwork is similar, but it is not THE book.

The book had information on Witches Ladders which is where I first read about them, and had a lovely illustration of one. It also featured information on the Witches garden, and possibly an account of a child witch wrecking a ship.

And, that's about all I remember/know about this book, other than I need it.
