I turned 95 overnight and my IT band is letting me know. A slow, hobbling run/walk and Advil weren’t working so I busted out the foam roller. We have a love hate relationship. Mostly hate because it hurts. 😫 When I finished swearing, I opened my eyes and realized I had a coach. I only saw him once, like a passing comet. He was wearing his iconic blue coat, sitting on his bike with a camera wrapped around his shoulder waiting for the light to change. I stood there on the corner unarmed and unprepared to meet this grand master of photography. As he turn his head toward me we locked eyes, like some cool scene out of a movie, he smiled and nodded his head at me. I nodded back with a smile. Then the light changed and in a blink he was gone, like some many other New York moments. Thank you for blessing us with all your amazing work and thank you for staying true to who you are.
